Direct from its sold-out run at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, the dark comedy Lightweight, will debut Off-Broadway this summer, opening July 23rd through August 26th, 2023 at SoHo Playhouse.

Winners include some of the most prominent global brands and companies alongside smaller and independent production houses, including Cut+Run, Netflix, Disney Parks, Media.Monks, Paramount, National Geographic Society, and dynastic NBA team the Golden State Warriors.

Apple TV+ has announced a kids and family summer slate stacked with all-new Peanuts programming, alongside beloved and acclaimed returning series. “Snoopy Presents: One-of-a-Kind Marcie,” following endearing introvert Marcie as she helps her friends in her own unique way, premiering August 18, and the third season of “The Snoopy Show.'

A live theatrical adaptation of “Jim Henson’s Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas” is making its Chicago debut this holiday season at the Studebaker Theater at the historic Fine Arts Building.

The third season of the Peabody and Daytime Emmy Award-winning series, 'Stillwater,' centers on siblings Karl (Judah Mackey), Addy (Eva Ariel Binder) and Michael (Tucker Chandler), who encounter everyday challenges - big and small - which sometimes feel insurmountable. Produced by The Jim Henson Company, the animated series stars Golden Globe nominee Beanie Feldstein ('Lady Bird,' “Booksmart”) as Harriet, a fiercely independent and adventurous 11-year-old girl, alongside Emmy Award winner Jane Lynch (“The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel') as Ole Golly, Harriet’s larger-than-life, no-nonsense nanny. Watch the video!

The talented voice cast includes Academy Award winner Nat Faxon ('Our Flag Means Death,' 'The Connors') and Emmy Award nominee Kevin Michael Richardson ('The Simpsons,' 'Family Guy') as Frog and Toad, as well as appearances by Ron Funches ('Trolls'), Fortune Feimster ('Good Fortune,' “Kenan”), and more. Voice talent includes Vivienne Rutherford ('Eureka!,' “911: Lone Star”) as the titular character Eva, Jessica DiCicco ('The Loud House,' 'Puppy Dog Pals') as Eva's mom, Dino Andrade (“Loud House,” “We Baby Bears”) as Eva's dad, as well as Romy Fay (“Best Foot Forward”), Sascha Yurchak, and more. Along with the score, for which Michaelson collaborated with composers/producers Gabriel Mann and Juan Ariza, she wrote and recorded a new song for the series, titled “Not Gone,” that will be featured in the finale episode, as well as an exclusive cover of the Indigo Girls favorite, “Closer to Fine,” which will be featured in the premiere episode.

As part of the 2023 Spring Puppet Forum Series, the Ballard Institute and Museum of Puppetry will host author and Jim Henson Society President Craig Shemin in a discussion of his new book, Sam and Friends: The Story of Jim Henson's First Television Show, on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 7 p.m. in the Ballard Institute Theater

This theatrical performance from the critically-acclaimed Jupiter Theatre combines elements of puppetry, shadows, masks, movement and provocative design to bring to life a unique and spectacular production in Calgary. Frankenstein will take audiences on a haunting and thrilling journey in the theatre that they won't soon forget.

Apple TV+ released the trailer for the return of 'Pretzel and the Puppies.' The series stars the voice talents of Emmy Award winner Mark Duplass (“The Morning Show”), Nasim Pedrad (“Chad,” “Aladdin”) as well as newcomers Milo Stein, Alex Jayne Go, Max Mitchell, Amari McCoy and Gracen Newton. The Jim Henson Company comedy stars multi-time Golden Globe nominee Sam Neill (Peter Rabbit, Jurassic Park) and Patrick Gibson (The OA, Tolkien),  joining two-time Academy Award winner Christoph Waltz (Django Unchained, No Time to Die) and Sophie Wilde (Eden, You Don’t Know Me).

Amie Enriquez will present the solo play Lightweight, written by Amie and directed by Lauren Weedman. The production will be presented as part of the 2023 FRIGID Fringe Festival at The Kraine Theater (85 E. 4th St, New York, NY 10003) with performances on Fri, Feb 17 @ 6:50pm, Sat, Feb 18 @ 1:40pm, Tue, Feb 21 @ 8:50pm, Thu, Feb 23 @ 8:50pm & Sun, Feb 26 @ 5pm.

The series features the beloved familiar voices of Yvette Nicole Brown (“Disenchanted”) as the Narrator, Harvey Guillen (“What We Do in the Shadows”) as Square, Scott Adsit (“30 Rock”) as Triangle, and Gideon Adlon (“Blockers”) as Circle.  Watch the video trailer for the new series now!

Tony and Grammy Award winner, and Emmy Award nominee Daveed Diggs (“Hamilton”) will return for season two of “Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock,” the reboot of Jim Henson’s beloved classic “Fraggle Rock.” Also joining the new season is Academy Award winner Ariana DeBose (“Schmigadoon!”, 'West Side Story').

The scintillating MOUSE KING is set to make its ninth consecutive holiday run at The Mandelstam Theater. Conceived by Sesame Street and Jim Henson Company veteran Noel MacNeal, and the award-winning singer-songwriter and prolific composer of children's musical theater Jim Camacho, MOUSE KING is a spellbinding musical that reimagines the famed story of The Nutcracker as told by the nutcracker's adversaries - the mice.
