This September, celebrate Jim Henson’s birthday with a journey into his magical Labyrinth when the 1986 fantasy-adventure returns to the big screen for three days only as a nationwide anniversary celebration.

Preceding the 35th Anniversary screening of Jim Henson’s Labyrinth, audiences will be treated to a featurette including behind-the-scenes footage, the Henson Family, and others reflecting on the creative process behind Labyrinth. 

The Academy Museum’s exhibitions, screenings, and public and educational programs are being developed with the expertise of Academy members—film artists and professionals who are leaders in their craft and industry areas.

“The Snoopy Show” will stream alongside Apple Originals hailing from Peanuts and WildBrain including Daytime Emmy Award-winner, 'Peanuts in Space: Secrets of Apollo 10,' and Daytime Emmy Award-nominated “Snoopy in Space,” which are both now streaming globally on Apple TV+.

In a major UK/US co-publication deal, world rights were acquired by Ann-Janine Murtagh, Executive Publisher, HCCB UK, and Suzanne Murphy, President and Publisher, HCCB US, from Crystal Mahey-Morgan at OWN IT! Entertainment Ltd.

The Jim Henson Company will begin production on its new Fraggle Rock series in Calgary, Canada on January 25th, thanks to a coordinated effort from Calgary's government officials.

Apple TV+ today released the official trailer for 'Doug Unplugs,' a new animated preschool series from DreamWorks Animation, based on Dan Yaccarino's popular 'Doug Unplugged' book series. The series will premiere globally with the first seven episodes on Friday, November 13 on Apple TV+.
