Apple TV+ to expand its award-winning offerings of Apple Originals for kids and families with “Sago Mini Friends”, a new preschool animated series, produced by Spin Master Entertainment and animated by Brown Bag Films, based on the charming characters and artful designs featured in the award-winning Sago Mini World app, developed by Sago Mini.

The trailer for the new original special is based on the classic Peanuts comic strip by Charles M. Schulz and features an original song by American singer-songwriter Ben Folds. In addition, the classic Peanuts special from Mendelson/Melendez Productions, “It’s Arbor Day, Charlie Brown,’’ is also coming soon to Apple TV+.

With never-before-seen personal archives, the film will give audiences an exciting first-person view into the life of one of the world’s most inspiring and iconoclastic creators through exclusive home movies, photographs, sketches and Henson’s personal diaries. The documentary will be made with full support of The Muppets creator's family.

Based on the book The Princess and the Pony by New York Times best-selling author Kate Beaton, and hailing from DreamWorks Animation and First Generation Films, “Pinecone & Pony” is an eight-episode animated comedy for kids and families. Watch the new trailer now!

The Little Orchestra Society, an experiential presentation of music for children and families, will offer its second program of the season on April 2nd and 3rd at the Kaye Playhouse with a unique concert focused on the making of an opera, think of it like Opera 101!

The series centers on siblings Karl, Addy and Michael, who encounter challenges - big and small - which sometimes feel insurmountable. Fortunately for these three, they have Stillwater, a wise panda, as their next-door neighbor. Through his example, stories and gentle humor, Stillwater gives the children a deeper understanding of their feelings.

Peanuts fans all around the world can also look forward to two brand new Peanuts specials coming soon to Apple TV+, including 'It's the Small Things, Charlie Brown' a new original special in celebration of Earth Day featuring an original song by American singer-songwriter Ben Folds and, 'To Mom (and Dad), With Love.'

Based on the canine from the classic book Pretzel by award-winning authors Margret and H.A. Rey, creators of Curious George, the original series is a new story about the modern dog family led by stay-at-home dad Pretzel, his five adorable Dachshund puppies, and mom Greta, the mayor of Muttgomery. The series stars Mark Suplass and Nassim Pedrad.

Jim Henson’s fun-loving and musical Fraggles — Gobo, Red, Boober, Mokey, Wembley, Uncle Travelling Matt — alongside new Fraggles and Doozers voiced by special guests stars Patti LaBelle, Cynthia Erivo, Daveed Diggs, Ed Helms, Kenan Thompson, as well as an appearance by Foo Fighters, kick off the new year by embarking on epic, hilarious adventures.

Due to multiple positive COVID-19 cases in the company and staff, New 42 announced that all remaining performances of Jim Henson’s Emmet Otter’s Jug-Band Christmas have been canceled. Performances were scheduled to play through January 2, 2022. 

The first trailer for the series, starring the voice talents of newcomer Lexi Finigan, Pamela Adlon  ('Better Things,' 'Bob's Burgers'), Jane Lynch  ('Glee,' 'Harriet the Spy”), Chuck Nice (“Star Talk”), and Clancy Brown (“Billions,” “SpongeBob SquarePants”) eatures an original song by indie artist Waxahatchee, entitled “Tomorrow.”

Today, Jim Henson’s Emmet Otter’s Jug-Band Christmas announced their full cast and creative team. The cast will include Colin Trudell as Emmet Otter, Jordan Brownlee (Puppeteer) as Tiny Squirrel/Doc Bullfrog, Kevin Covert as Mayor Fox, LaVon Fisher-Wilson as Mrs. Mink/Hetty Muskrat, and more.

Apple TV+'s upcoming Harriet the Spy the animated series stars acclaimed actor Beanie Feldstein as Harriet, a fiercely independent and adventurous 11-year-old girl, alongside Emmy Award-winner Jane Lynch as Ole Golly, Harriet’s larger-than-life, no-nonsense nanny. Hear Beanie Feldstein and Lacey Chabert face off in a new clip from the animated series!

Hawkins' Broadway credits include Timbuktu! (1978), The Tap Dance Kid (1983), Honky Tonk Nights (1986), and Roza (1987). Off-Broadway, he appeared in The Crystal Tree (1981), The Gig (1994), and 70, Girls, 70 (2006). His regional theatre credits include The Desert Song (1984) and Roza (1986).

The new, breakthrough live action series from creators Jack McBrayer (“30 Rock,” “Phineas and Ferb,” “Wreck-It Ralph” franchise) and children’s TV veteran and author, Angela C. Santomero (“Blue’s Clues,” “Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood”), aims to ignite kindness by exploring empathy, humor, playfulness and imagination.

Written and directed by Sara Zatz and Kirya Traber, Generation Rise is an interview-based production featuring Black, Latinx and Asian American teens from New York City
