Frankie Grande will play his final performance as Victor Garber in Titanique at the Daryl Roth Theatre on December 22. 

The cast of Titanique appeared on Late Nigh to perform 'Taking Chances' and 'My Heart Will Go On.' The performance featured Marla Mindelle as Céline Dion, Carrie St. Louis as Rose, Constantine Rousouli as Jack, Frankie Grande as Victor Garber, and more. Comedian Matt Rogers also made an appearance. Watch the video of the performance now!

The cast includes Carrie St. Louis (Wicked, Kinky Boots) as Rose, Russell Daniels (80's Prom, That Bachelorette Show) as Ruth, who star alongside original cast members and co-authors Marla Mindelle (Sister Act, Netflix's 'Special') as Céline Dion, and Constantine Rousouli (Cruel Intentions, 'This is the Night') as Jack.

New cast members will board the hit musical comedy Titanique, beginning performances this Sunday, November 20 at the Daryl Roth Theatre in Union Square. The world premiere run of Titanique — the Off-Broadway musical send-up of the blockbuster film Titanic, featuring the songs of pop icon Céline Dion — will transfer to a bigger theater in downtown Manhattan, the Daryl Roth Theatre in Union Square.

The cast of Titanique got a special visit earlier this week from a star of the 1997 film! Victor Garber, who is hilariously turned into his own character by Frankie Grande in the musical spoof, stopped by the Asylum Theatre to check it out.

On Friday, April 1, I had the pleasure of seeing the ACT of CT’s unique adaptation of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR.  This 1971 musical that is primarily told through music with lyrics by Tim Rice has been redesigned and reinterpreted by the director, Daniel C. Levine who has incorporated elements of The Handmaid’s Tale into this adaptation.

If you heard a thunderous boom last night, it wasn't Doc Brown's DeLorean. It was Red Mountain Theatre's singing at 88mph, sending Birmingham 'Back To Broadway'. This high-energy musical theater revue is the perfect kick off for the inaugural season at Red Mountain Theatre's brand new art campus in Parkside.

Directed and choreographed by Broadway veteran, Stephanie Pope Lofgren (Pippin, Chicago), the electrifying musical celebration of 1950’s Rock n’ Roll began performances Thursday, September 30, 2021 and continues through Sunday, October 24, 2021 at ACT of CT (36 Old Quarry Road, Ridgefield, CT 06877).

On Friday, October 1, 2021, I had the pleasure of returning to the ACT of CT in Ridgefield, CT, to see yet another amazing performance, SMOKEY JOE’S CAFÉ, a phenomenal show featuring the legendary music of songwriting team Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller, who were the writers of many of the greatest rock n’ roll songs of the 1950s, songs that to this day remain among the greatest of all-time.  The excellent direction and choreography of Stephanie Pope Lofgren enhances the quality of this production starring an extremely talented cast the includes Albert Guerzon, Arnold Harper II, Avionce Hoyles, Jordan Fife Hunt, Keyonna Knight, Courtney Long, Kelly MacMillan, and Juson Williams.  Whether collaborating in full ensemble numbers, harmonizing in smaller groups, or performing solo, every cast member truly shines in this production, through singing and dancing.  They furthermore have excellent stage chemistry with each other, both in terms of their synchronized dancing and harmonized singing.
