 “Rockin’ 4 Vets” will bring a Rock n’ Roll Circus to the Park Theatre in Jaffrey, New Hampshire, for a benefit event to raise monies for the nonprofit, Veterans Count. 

The Visual Arts Center of New Jersey receives a $20,000 grant from the National Endowment for the Arts.

Made up of Logan Moore (guitar, vocals), Alex Kerns (bass, vocals), Riley Kerns (drums, background vocals), James Montgomery (lead guitar), Justin Carver (pedal steel, banjo), and Rudy Bzdyk (fiddle, trumpet, keyboards), Low Water Bridge Band have made their career by furthering their sound.

Gina Coleman and the Misty Blues Band returns to perform at the Vergennes Opera House on Saturday, November 4 at 7:30pm.

The Spire Center for the Arts in Plymouth, MA announced four new shows including a Comedy Night featuring Boston native Tony V on Friday, October 6, singer-songwriter Beth Nielsen Chapman on Friday, November 17,  blues musician James Montgomery on Saturday, November 25, and the iconic Celtic group Cherish the Ladies: performing A Celtic Christmas on Friday, December 15.

On October 30, 2022 at The Knickerbocker Music Center at 35 Railroad Ave, Westerly, RI the New England Music Hall of Fame www.nemhof.com will be inducting Westerly's own Matthias Steele; former longtime President of the CT Blues Society Ed Stack; co-founder of Roomful of Blues/ Rhode Island native Greg Piccolo; Connecticut Blues duo Marci and Jim Hooper; and Connecticut soul singer Bob Orsi.

He will be joining such greats as blues legends Muddy Waters, James Cotton, James Montgomery, Emmy Award Winning Brian Keane, Rock n Roll hall of Fame inductee Gene Pitney, Grammy Award Winning Paula Cole, Grammy nominated Joseph Firecrow, music pioneers The Runaways, June Millington and many others.

Get ready for a night of blues when The James Montgomery Band with Christine Ohlman and the Sax Attack Horns and The Jam Factory visit the Warner Theatre on Saturday, April 30 at 8 pm!

The 2021 class includes Blues legends James Cotton, Muddy Waters, Duke Robillard, James Montgomery,  John Cafferty, Michael “Tunes” Antunes,  Emmy Award Winning Composer Brian Keene , and Vic Steffens.

Birdland Theater will present a special evening with New York-based, Honduran-American violinist Marissa Licata on September 13 at 8:30 PM. In her New York solo concert debut, Licata will present “Strings on Fire” featuring her all-star band: Jerry Sabatini on trumpet, Matt Marcus on piano, John Miller on bass, Shannon Ford on drums, and special guest blues icon James Montgomery on harmonica and vocals.

Paula was the first female Producer to be nominated for a Grammy for her album This Fire. Paula was a crucial ingredient for the success of the groundbreaking Lilith Fair tour. She was also valuable asset with spreading awareness for the VH1 save the Music Campaign.

Music legend Muddy Waters will be the first to officially be inducted into the New England Music Hall of Fame Class of 2021. The event will take place during his son Mud Morganfield's concert at The Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center August 19, 2021 in Old Saybrook, CT.

The Lambs - America's first professional theatrical club and oldest professional theatrical organization - is celebrating its 146th founding anniversary this month with festive online gatherings replacing in-person social events at our clubhouse in Midtown Manhattan amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Lambs has announced the launch of a multi-year program of conservation and preservation of its large art collection, a first step as the private club prepares to celebrate its sesquicentennial in December 2024. On August 11th, The Lambs welcomes back five pieces to its clubhouse at 3 West 51st Street, it's home for 45 years.
