Composers Concordance, founded in 1984, is celebrating its 40th season with a four-concert festival all about reaching this amazing milestone.

On Sunday, March 17th at 5pm at St. Mark's Church in-the-Bowery, Composers Concordance will present a program entitled 'Dance & Stories.'

Composers Concordance & Joe's Pub present Vivaldi's Hot House Sound Liberation feat. Lara St. John. A genre-defying concert featuring a repertoire of music inspired by past composers, reinterpreted with jazz, metal, hip-hop, and more.

On March 2nd at 7pm, Composers Concordance presents Music & Film @ Westbeth, an event combining cutting-edge short films with contemporary music composition.

On November 22nd at 7pm at Hošek Contemporary Gallery, Composers Concordance & Eclectic Music eXtravaganza present a chamber music event with an array of eclectic musicians. The venue is located on The Motor Ship Heimatland, on the Spree river in the middle of Berlin.

The São Paulo Symphony Orchestra (OSESP) has long been recognized as South America's finest orchestra, but the extensive Brazilian community within the U.S. and the general concert-going public at large have rarely had the opportunity to hear this ensemble on U.S. shores.

This 3rd annual collaboration between NYC and Beacon artists will be held at the Howland Cultural Center, which was the first building in the City of Beacon to receive the distinction of being placed on the National Register of Historic Places.
