Pinch 'N' Ouch Theatre will present David Mamet's Pulitzer Prize-winning play, Glengarry Glen Ross, this August and September at Pinch 'N' Ouch Theatre. This scalding comedy took Broadway and London by storm. Here is Mamet at his very best, writing about small-time, cutthroat real estate salesmen trying to grind out a living by pushing plots of land on reluctant buyers, in a never-ending scramble for their share of the American dream. Revived on Broadway in 2005 and 2012, Glengarry Glen Ross also became a celebrated film starring Al Pacino, Jack Lemmon, Alec Baldwin, and Alan Arkin.

Directed by Pinch 'N' Ouch Theatre's critically acclaimed Artistic Director Grant McGowen, who also directed Mamet's Speed-the-Plow in 2012, Glengarry Glen Ross will feature performances by seasoned actors Al Stilo (Legend of Georgie McBride), Omer Mughal (24:Legacy), Alex Van (Stranger Things), Andy Fleming (The Aliens), Jayson Warner Smith (The Walking Dead, Rectify), Marcus LaRon (House of Cards) and Scott Oakley (Furious 7).

The production will also feature encore performances by John Schmedes (Speed the Plow), Jeff Morgan (Hamlet), Chip Powell (Whole World Improv Theatre's Founder and Artistic Director), Ethan Smith (Whole World Theatre main stage actor), Grant McGowen (The Aliens), Nigel Marson and Jennifer Schottstaedt (One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest).

"This is a bucket list play for all of us," says McGowen. "It's a powerful play to the likes of Arthur Miller's Death of a Salesman, that shows us a darker side of the American dream... I also think audiences are going to be surprised how much humor is packed into Mamet's masterpiece."
