On Sunday, November 15th, beloved Tony-winner Laura Benanti married Patrick Brown in a beautiful ceremony at Harlem's Riverside Church. Amongst the friends and family in attendance were Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Connie Britton,Celia Keenan-Bolger, John Ellison Conlee, Michael Arden, Julie White, and Chelsea Nachman. NBC has shared a first look at THE WIZ LIVE! stars Stephanie Mills, Amber Riley, Uzo Aduba and more in full costume for the highly anticipated December 3rd live telecast. The production will star newcomer Shanice Williams as Dorothy alongside Grammy and Golden Globe-winner Queen Latifah as the Wizard, nine-time Grammy-winner Mary J. Blige as Evillene, original Dorothy, Stephanie Mills, as Auntie Em and David Alan Grier as the Cowardly Lion. Check out more photos here.

The Young Vic's critically-acclaimed production of Arthur Miller's A View from the Bridge, directed byIvo van Hove, opened on November 12, at the Lyceum Theatre (149 West 45th Street). The production, which swept the 2015 Olivier Awards -- winning for Best Revival, Best Director, and Best Actor (Mark Strong), will play an 18-week limited engagement through Sunday, February 21, 2016. Due to unprecedented demand, the Menier Chocolate Factory Production of Funny Girl transfers to the Savoy Theatre in London's West End, following the sold out run at the Menier Chocolate Factory which begins later this month. Michael Mayer's production, starring Olivier and BAFTA award-winning actress Sheridan Smith as Fanny Brice and with the cast from the Menier Chocolate Factory, will begin performances at the Savoy Theatre on 9 April 2016 for a strictly limited 12-week run until 2 July 2016. CHINA DOLL is the new play by David Mamet starring Tony, Emmy and Academy Award-winner Al Pacino. Directed by Tony Award-winner Pam MacKinnon (Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf) and co-starring Christopher Denham ("Master Harold"... and the Boys, Argo, "Manhattan"), China Doll is currently in previews at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre (236 West 45th Street). The York Theatre Company honored Broadway and Hollywood legend Angela Lansbury with the 2015Oscar Hammerstein Award for Lifetime Achievement in Musical Theatre. The evening's entertainment was directed byKurt Stammc(York's Closer Than Ever; Our Sinatra), with music direction by Andrew Gerle (York's Closer Than Ever). Angela Lansbury has enjoyed a career spanning nearly 75 years in film, stage, and television. Winner of five Tony Awards, she made her Broadway debut in 1957 in Hotel Paradiso. The New Group presents the world premiere of STEVE, a new play by Mark Gerrard. Directed by Cynthia Nixon, this production features Ashlie Atkinson and Francisco Pryor Garat, and as announced, Mario Cantone, Jerry Dixon,Malcolm Gets and Matt McGrath. A limited Off-Broadway engagement plays now through December 27 at The Pershing Square Signature Center (The Romulus Linney Courtyard Theatre, 480 West 42nd Street).
