Broadway Sessions is known for bringing audiences up close and personal with Broadway's best. This last Thursday night, however, Broadway Sessions opened it's door and it's microphone to up and coming performers with a song in their heart. And HOLY COW do these folks have voices!

Performances ran the gamut- from Lion King star Blain Krauss channeling Stevie Wonder, to Japanese starlet Shihori performing 'Let it Go' in 25 different languages, to 17 year-old opera divas shattering glass and melting hearts and more. We were so blown away by the talent and love in the room that we'll be going ALL OPEN MIC once a month moving forward. Here's a small sampling of the talented voices you haven't seen on Broadway......YET.

BROADWAY SESSIONS takes place every Thursday evening at The Laurie Beechman Theater inside The West Bank Cafe located at 407 West 42nd Street (corner of 42nd Street and 9th Avenue). Reservations strongly recommended at 212-695-6909. Doors open at 10pm for pre-show open mic. Showtime at 11. $5 drink specials all night. $10 cover includes a donation to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids. For more information, visitwww.BroadwaySessions.net.
