Trustus Theatre Hosts Ugly Sweater Karaoke Benefit, 11/25

As Black Friday draws to a close this year there will be many people in the Capital City looking for a release from the trials and tribulations of the holidays. Trustus Theatre is answering the call with a fun and irreverent evening as they host Ugly Sweater Karaoke: A Holiday Stress-Busting Fundraiser on Friday, November 25th. Doors open at 7pm and admission is $10 at the door.

Admission to Ugly Sweater Karaoke comes with complimentary cookies and cider, and it only costs $1 per song. Trustus Theatre's bar will be open with great drink specials all night - $1 to fill your cup from the PBR keg (Hipsters welcome), $2 to drink from the keg of New Castle, and Trustus' tried and true bottles of Rolling Rock will be going for $2. The cash bar will be serving an alternate selection of beer and wine as well.

Attendees are encouraged to raid their local thrift stores (or their family's wardrobes) to get their mittens on the ugliest sweaters they can find. Great door prizes will go to the "worst dressed" as voted by the audience.

Ugly Sweater Karaoke: A Holiday Stress-Busting Fundraiser starts at 7pm on Friday, November 25th in the Trustus Main Space. Admission is $10 at the door.

Trustus Theatre is located at 520 Lady Street, behind the Gervais St. Publix. Parking is available on Lady St. and on Pulaski St. The Main Stage entrance is located on the Publix side of the building.
