È stato annunciato il cast per la nuova produzione di The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, ispirata al romanzo acclamato a livello internazionale e multi-milionario. La preferita di EastEnders Charlie Brooks (nota per il suo ruolo di lunga data come Janine Butcher nella soap) e i crediti teatrali includono The Ocean at the End of the Lane (National Theatre, tour nel Regno Unito) e Joe McFadden (The Crow Road e Holby City della BBC, Heartbeat di ITV e vincitore di Strictly Come Dancing 2017) interpretano i genitori del protagonista Chris, Ed e Judy.
Inaugurato al Birmingham Rep sabato 5 settembre prima di intraprendere un importante tour nel Regno Unito, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time è adattato dal romanzo multi-milionario di Mark Haddon dall'acclamato drammaturgo Simon Stephens e sarà diretto da Ned Bennett.
