Eugene Onegin at Canadian Opera Company

Dates: 5/2/2025 - 5/24/2025

📍 Theatre:
Canadian Opera Company

Eugene Onegin, presented by the Canadian Opera Company, tells the poignant story of unrequited love and regret through Tchaikovsky's enchanting score. The production features a talented cast, including Lauren Fagan as Tatyana and Andrii Kymach in his COC debut as Onegin, alongside Evan LeRoy Johnson as Lensky, Niamh O’Sullivan as Olga, and Dimitry Ivashchenko as Prince Gremin. With stirring melodies and a minimalist yet visually striking set design by Michael Levine, this revival directed by Peter McClintock promises to engage both new and seasoned opera audiences. The opera will be sung in Russian, with English SURTITLES™ provided.
