Through movement, mystical imagery and evocative prose, EMILY & EV is a deep dive into the divine feminine which tells the story of one woman's complex relationship with her vagina. This piece is about the wisdom that springs forth from a woman’s body when she least expects it and the plethora of anxieties and fascinations we have with the more private parts of ourselves. Emily has yeast infections, ovarian cysts, irregular periods and a growing knowledge of DIY-remedies. But no relief or clear answers. Using poems, stories, and music, her sentient vagina EV attempts to reconcile their differences.
