Alcove, the Washington Pavilion's new artisan retail store in Downtown Sioux Fall Steel District, has announced its grand opening celebrations on October 18 and 19 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day. Following a successful soft opening earlier this summer, the store is ready to welcome the community to join in the festivities.
