Singer, songwriter and actress Sabrina Carpenter is making her Broadway debut in the role of Cady Heron! She played her first performance yesterday, Tuesday, March 10th at the August Wilson Theatre.

The national tour of Mean Girls lit up Minneapolis last night for Mean Girls Day by turning the I-35W bridge pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in partnership with the American Cancer Society. So fetch!

It was a 'Mean Girls Day' for the record books! In honor of the 15th anniversary of the film, the award-winning hit Broadway musical comedy, Broadway fans got a tasty surpise during last night's curtain call at the August Wilson Theatre.

Her name is Renee Rapp, and she is a massive deal.

Mean Girls opens on Broadway this Sunday, April 8 at the August Wilson Theatre (245 West 52nd Street). The musical features a book by nine-time Emmy Award winner Tina Fey, based on her screenplay for the film, music by three-time Emmy Award winner Jeff Richmond, and lyrics by Tony Award nominee Nell Benjamin. Rehearsals are underway for Mean Girls, the new musical produced by Lorne Michaels, Stuart Thompson, Sonia Friedman, and Paramount Pictures based on the hit film.
