LJ Ballard never has a date on Valentine's Day. The attractive (brown hair, 5'4', petite and boisterous) Artistic/Executive Director of Cedar Lake Arts in Chelsea, laughs, 'I either have no prospects, or if I am attached in early February, the person will break up with me two days before the Big Day - simply to save on flowers!'
