Irish Rep. Theatre Presents A Concert for Concern January 31

Artistic Director Charlotte Moore and Producing Director Ciaran O'Reilly of The Irish Repertory Theatre will host a benefit performance for Concern Worldwide USA on January 31st at 7:30 PM. Singers, Musicians, and Actors from the Irish and theatrical community will donate their services and a lively, raucous time will be had by all. Amongst those performing will be Malachy McCourt, The Prodigals, Susan McKeown, Ciaran Sheehan, David Staller, Eily O' Grady, Fiona Walsh, Gay Willis and a colorful assortment of surprise guests. All proceeds will go to Concern Worldwide.

Concern Worldwide is a non-denominational, voluntary organization committed to the relief, assistance and advancement of peoples in need in less developed areas of the world, while concentrating on the poorest people in the countries of its operation. Their mission is to help people achieve major improvements in their lives. With the Tsunami disaster in Asia, Concern Worldwide needs help more than ever.

There will be a wine and cheese reception immediately prior to the concert. All tickets are $100. If you are unable to attend please send you donations payable to Concern Worldwide, 104 East 40th St., Suite 903, New York, NY 10016.
