The Bachelor's Ben Higgins and fiance Lauren Bushnell attended the long-running Disney musical THE LION KING last night! Higgins was featured on this latest season of The Bachelor that ended earlier this week.

Disney Theatrical Productions celebrates several 2015 milestones for its hit Broadway productions of The Lion King and Aladdin and the North American touring productions of The Lion King and Newsies.

The Lion King broke the eight-performance-week house records on Broadway and on the North American tour at their respective theatres, The Minskoff Theatre and Chicago's Cadillac Palace, for the week ending December 27, 2015.

Alton Fitzgerald White, who has played the role of 'Mufasa' in Broadway's The Lion King more than 4,000 times, guest stars as Lawrence in tonight's episode of CBS's CODE BLACK titled 'The Son Rises'.

THE LION KING will be featured on the hit CBS drama, CODE BLACK, starring Marcia Gay Harden, in tonight's (Nov. 25, 10:00 - 11:00 PM, ET/PT) episode on the CBS Television Network. According to the New York Times, THE LION KING is about to launch an online lottery, giving fans a chance at $30 next-day tickets.  Disney Theatrical Productions' Andrew Flatt, told NYT: "For many years we have explored ways to make more affordable tickets to The Lion King available to the public, but when we've tried a student rush in the past, some ticket brokers purchased the tickets at the rush price and resold them for much more than their face value." To participate, fans can enter starting the day before a performance (at lionking.com/lottery) and will receive an immediate notification if they have won. They then will pay online and collect tickets at the box office before the show.

THE LION KING has surpassed the other feline-centric show to make Broadway history.

In celebration of The Lion King's upcoming 18th anniversary, the public is invited to be a part of a packed house to cheer on the thrilling 'Circle of Life' as the Broadway production of The Lion King captures its first production footage since shortly after opening in 1997.
