The Cleveland Orchestra has announced its full lineup of classical music concerts for its 2023 Blossom Music Festival. The festival, located at Blossom Music Center in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, runs from July 1 to September 9, and features 24 concerts.

The Citadel Theatre has announced its 2023/24 Season of programming, bringing Edmonton audiences a fantastic new season of theatre packed with action, adventure, music and storytelling.

Desert Ensemble Theatre is presenting the Southern California premiere of Aren Haun's comedic drama, KILL THE EDITOR. As is usual with DET, the directing, performances, and technical aspects of the production are top-notch. What lowers the presentation from a 'must see' to a B or B+ is that, in my opinion, the script has some flaws.

Hubbard Street Dance Chicago (HSDC) will present the second programs of its 45th anniversary season: Elements, featuring several World and Company Premieres and acclaimed revivals. The 2022/23 Season 45: Sapphire Season continues with HSDC's Spring Series at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago (220 E. Chicago Ave.) which will run March 23–April 2 with two mixed repertory performances, each performed four times. 

Macha Theatre/Films will present the critically acclaimed play Garbo's Cuban Lover at Casa 0101 Theatre from February 10 - 25, 2023. Opening night weekend Red Carpet will take place on Saturday, February 11, 2023 with a reception following the performance. The new mounting will be a “reimagined production” of the show, with more music, dance and multimedia.

A return to its roots with live music at its pulse, Mother's dance floor— the oldest and largest on Division street— will be the place to gather and revel in live performances every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

The audience had one heckuva good time at the opening night of Desert Ensemble Theatre's (DET's) DO NOT REMOVE LABEL, a hilarious world-premiere farce that also includes serious elements and political satire. Santa Fe Playhouse will present The Mountaintop, by Katori Hall, which explores the inner world of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on the last night of his life. The Mountaintop opens at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 24, with previews at 7:30 p.m., Sept. 22 and 23, at Santa Fe Playhouse.

MCC Theater has announced the passing of performer and MCC Founding Co-Artistic Director Bob LuPone. LuPone passed this morning following a three-year battle with pancreatic cancer.
