Starting the new year off strong, anonymous project Combustion 96 has released its new single “On The Line” featuring Threat Signal vocalist Jon Howard. “On The Line” was written by Combustion 96, Jon Howard, and Philip Näslund. The track was produced by Combustion 96 and Philip Näslund and mixed and mastered by Kristoffer Folin/Purple Skull Music.

While the series' recurring cast includes Tom Selleck, Bridget Moynahan, Donnie Wahlberg, and more, guest stars have included Audra McDonald, Kelli O'Hara, Joanna Gleason, Adrienne Warren, Jinkx Monsoon, Norm Lewis, Norbert Leo Butz, and more. Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater announced the cast for the D.C. premiere of Ride the Cyclone. Arena Stage’s Kreeger Theater will be transformed into somewhere between earth and—well, not earth—when Ride the Cyclone plays from January 13 – February 19, 2023.

ThinkTank Theatre has announced casting for 'The Wolves', by Sarah DeLappe.  The play follows the experiences of nine teenage girls as they warm up for their Saturday morning soccer games. 

TUTA Theatre has announced that Aziza Macklin, Aileen Wen McGroddy and Jacqueline Stone will be the company’s new Co-Artistic Directors effective November 1, 2022. Together they will plan, program and lead the company’s 20th season in Chicago.

Soho Rep has announced a one-week extension, to November 20, of its nearly-sold-out world premiere production of Montag, written by Kate Tarker (THUNDERBODIES at Soho Rep; Dionysus Was Such a Nice Man) and directed by Dustin Wills (Wolf Play, presented by Soho Rep & Ma-Yi Theater Company; Frontières Sans Frontières).

The Wilma Theater in Philadelphia will present the world premiere of SCHOOL PICTURES, a warmhearted and humorous portrait of modern high school life, told in musical snapshots of individual teenagers, on stage Nov. 2-20.

Paradise Now! a funny and raging new play about ambition, exploitation, and kinship in a world that wants to keep us strangers, opens at the Bush Theatre on 2 December (press night 8 December).  This new Bush Theatre commission by Margaret Perry (Collapsible) is an exciting collaboration with director Jaz Woodcock-Stewart (Civilisation) and features an all-female ensemble cast.

For the 2nd year, Chelsea Music Hall joins the New York Comedy Festival as an official venue hosting 13 shows with over 50 comedians taking the venue's stage, including Janeane Garofalo, Larry Owens, Ian Lara, Seth Herzog, Alex English, Josh Adam Meyers and Sam Morrison between November 7th and 13th, 2022.

Atlantic for Kids has announced casting for the world premiere of Hearts Strings, written by Lee Cataluna and directed by Kat Yen. Performances will begin on Saturday, October 1st at Atlantic Theater Company’s Linda Gross Theater.

William Shakespeare's joyous and popular comedy Much Ado About Nothing will open at Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival, the professional theatre on the campus of DeSales University. The show previews July 13 and 14, opens July 15, and runs through August 7 in the Schubert Theatre at the Labuda Center for the Performing Arts.
