South Florida Symphony Orchestra will present an adventurous Valentine's Day program featuring three orchestra premieres, headlined by the return of R. Strauss' Don Juan. Led by SFSO's award-winning music director Sebrina María Alfonso and featuring soprano Amy Shoremount-Obra, the concert will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, February 14, at the Tennessee Williams Theatre at The College of the Florida Keys.

Celebrate love in all its dramatic, poetic, erotic, scandalous and insatiable forms as South Florida Symphony Orchestra (SFSO) will present an adventurous Valentine’s Day weekend program featuring three orchestra premieres, headlined by the return of R. Strauss’ Don Juan.  

On Auteur, she made the programmatic choice to focus on a single director, zeroing in on characters, visual tableaux and emotional states that struck her in such Anderson films as Moonrise Kingdom, The French Dispatch, The Grand Budapest Hotel, Rushmore, The Royal Tenenbaums, The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou and The Darjeeling Limited.

The Huntington held its annual Spotlight Gala on Monday, May 1, 2023 at the Cyclorama at the BCA (539 Tremont St). Over 400 attendees gathered to celebrate honorees as well as the achievement of this transformational season. The Gala supports The Huntington's artistic, education, and community initiatives and this year set an all-time record with $1.67 million raised.

TheatreWorks Silicon Valley has announced its 53rd season to be presented October 2023 through June 2024.

New Jersey-based professional training orchestra Symphony in C presents Totally Mozart on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 8:00pm at the Rutgers-Camden Center for the Arts in Camden, NJ. The all-Mozart program, led by guest conductor Joshua Hong, includes Mozart's Exsultate Jubilate, K. 165, Piano Concerto No. 23 in A Major, K. 488, and Symphony No. 40 in G minor, K. 550.

San Francisco Playhouse announced casting for Indecent by Paula Vogel, the first production in the Playhouse's 20th Anniversary Season. The play will run on the San Francisco Playhouse Mainstage from September 22 through November 5, 2022. Susi Damilano will direct, with music direction by Dmitri Gaskin and choreography by Nicole Helfer.

 Baryshnikov Arts Center (BAC) continues its Spring 2019 season on Friday, April 12, 2019 at 7:30pm with a performance by St. Luke's Chamber Ensemble +Adam Rosenblatt, percussionist, at BAC's Jerome Robbins Theater (450 W. 37th Street). Rosenblatt will perform Belgian composer Thierry de Mey's theatrical and dramatic piece Light Music, in which movements and gestures produce light and sound through interactive technology. This interdisciplinary solo performance will be bookended by Viennese classics - Joseph Haydn's festive Divertimento for Strings from 1754 and Joseph Lanner's charming 19th century waltzes, performed by the St. Luke's Chamber Ensemble. These virtuosic musicians make up the artistic core of the renowned Orchestra of St. Luke's - who share the performing arts complex with BAC at 450 W. 37th Street.
