The leading ladies of North Carolina Theatre's Production of 9 to 5 will include Ashley Blanchet (Frozen, Beautiful, Annie, and Memphis on Broadway) as Judy, Lauren Kennedy (Spamalot, Les Misérables, Side Show, and Sunset Boulevard on Broadway) as Violet, and Ryah Nixon (9 TO 5: The Musical National Tour) as Doralee.  

Apple Original Films announced today that the filmed version of the Tony & Olivier Award-winning hit musical “Come From Away” will premiere globally on Apple TV+ on Friday, September 10. “Come From Away” is directed by Tony Award-winner Christopher Ashley, and stars an ensemble cast led by members of the Broadway show.

Broadway On Demand has announced the world premiere of the feature film Burning Man: The Musical. Burning Man: The Musical is a new musical comedy about techies vs. hippies at Burning Man and stars Morgan Siobhan Green (Be More Chill), Tally Sessions (Company, Anastasia), and more.

The Ogunquit Playhouse rolls out the second show of its 2021 season with a performance of Jimmy Buffet's Escape to Margaritaville, a jukebox musical with music and lyrics by (no surprise) Jimmy Buffet and book by Greg Garcia and Mike O'Malley.

The beloved musical Camelot, with book and lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner and music by Frederick Loewe, explores one of the greatest romances of all time and paints a luminous picture of a fleeting moment when justice, peace, and righteousness reigned supreme.

Led by musical director Mitchel Forman on piano, the band will also feature Melvin David on bass, Tony Pulizzi on guitar, and Gene Coye on drums. Haris will be joined by special guest Grammy Award-winner Steve Tyrell.

Tracing Movement ran two Reboot projects at Jerwood Space, London - one in October 2020 and the second in May 2021. The projects offered free daily class for over 150 freelance professional dancers to help rebuild, train and maintain their skills following the extended break caused by the pandemic, assisting their return to performance condition in advance of theatres reopening.

The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts announced today that Jason Robert Brown, Savion Glover, Priscilla López, Susan Stroman, Marisha Wallace, and Christopher Wheeldon have joined the growing list of Broadway stars participating in I'm Still Here: A Virtual Benefit for the Billy Rose Theatre Division, airing June 23, 2021 on Broadway On Demand at 8pm EST and 8pm PST. The fundraiser will help raise critical funds for the Library for the Performing Arts' beloved Theatre Division as it celebrates its 90th anniversary this year.

The concerts will feature a 28- piece socially-distanced orchestra playing David Cullen & Andrew Lloyd Webber'S original orchestrations. The concerts are directed by Jordan Murphy and conducted by Alex Parker. It will feature choreography by Joanna Goodwin, lighting by Jack Weir, sound design by Paul Smith.

Kevin Clifton thrilled audiences as Stacee Jaxx on the 2018/2019 'Rock of Ages' UK tour and he is reprising the role in 2021. Kevin is best known known for being a professional dancer on BBC1's 'Strictly Come Dancing'. In seven years on the show Kevin reached the final, a record five times, winning four glitter balls including the main show Glitterball trophy in 2018 with Stacey Dooley before leaving in 2019.
