Overture Center for the Arts will welcome back artists and patrons to our world-class facility starting in September. The fall and winter “Overture Presents” shows were announced in May. San Francisco Opera announced today repertory, casting and reopening plans for its 99th season. Public Theater announced the line-up today for The Public's 2019-20 Season 

The Eisemann Center and the City of Richardson announced the 2019-2020 Season of Eisemann Center Presents (ECP) at the Annual Season Preview Party on Thursday, May 9, 2019. The season includes our two full subscription series: Jeffrey Siegel's Keyboard Conversations with a total of four concerts; and the Family Theatre Series with four productions and the accompanying immersive children's program Eisemann Extras. In addition we have 16 diverse productions ranging from superstar Mandy Patinkin to Asleep At The Wheel on their 50th Anniversary Tour and America's Got Talent favorite, deaf singer Mandy Harvey all returning to the Eisemann Center this season.

May is Lower East Side History Month, and Queer|Art is the new kid on the LES block, having recently relocated their offices from Nolita to the East Village this past year. Heralding their arrival to the neighborhood, they've organized four days of programming throughout May to celebrate the queer past, present, and future of their beloved new East Village home.

In the ramp-up to Wishbone Ash's 50th anniversary, the band is celebrating its 49th year in characteristic fashion: with an extended tour. JOHN MELLENCAMP announced today additional dates to the 2019 tour of “The John Mellencamp Show” which will feature the rock icon's classics plus some new material. Being hailed by critics and fans alike as one of music's most authentic and crowd pleasing concert performers, Mellencamp has added an additional 13 dates to his 2019 tour. The news follows his previously announced dates, which will kick off with a sold out show in his home state of Indiana on February 7, 2019 and continue through April 30, 2019 in Albuquerque, NM. Produced by AEG Presents, “The John Mellencamp Show” will start promptly at 8pm and will not have an opening act.  Every ticket purchased online will receive a physical copy of Mellencamp's forthcoming album “Other People's Stuff” set for release this December by Republic Records.
