The Bridgehampton Chamber Music Festival has a - slightly - new name: Bridgehampton Chamber Music. Long Island's longest-running classical music festival is streamlining its name to include all its activities: the summer festival, the spring series, and the recording label.

The Madison Square Garden Company announced today that legendary musician and MSG music franchise Billy Joel will continue his record-breaking monthly residency on Saturday, May 2, 2020 with his 76th consecutive show at Madison Square Garden. Nearly 42 years after his debut performance at The Garden, the May 2020 show will mark Joel's 122nd lifetime performance, all sell-outs, with more than one million tickets sold. Please note, the May 2, 2020 performance is subject to change if it conflicts with a playoff game.

Crossroads Theatre Company continues their exciting season with a holiday show for all. The month-long Origin 1st Irish Theatre Festival, the world's only festival devoted to producing the plays of contemporary Irish playwrights from around the world, runs four weeks from January 7 to February 3, 2020. Pianist and composer James Adler will give a solo recital to celebrate the launch of his most recent recording, Homages & Remembrances on Albany Records, at Yamaha Artist Services Piano Salon (689 5th Ave # 3, New York, NY 10022), Tuesday evening, November 12, 2019, at 7 pm.
