The Cleveland Institute of Music announced yesterday that acclaimed conductor, composer and educator Michael Tilson Thomas will be awarded an honorary doctorate at the school's 95th Commencement Ceremony in Kulas Hall on Saturday, May 16 at 10am EDT. Southern rock icons The Charlie Daniels Band (CDB) and The Marshall Tucker Band (MTB) announced today that the a?oeFire on the Mountaina?? tour will be stopping at Indian Ranch on August 30, 2020, bringing together two of the genre's most beloved musical legends. Fellow southern rock group The Scooter Brown Band will join Daniels and the MTB for this concert.

Directed by resident acting company member Jude Sandy, the show features resident acting company member Joe Wilson, Jr., as Harmond Wilks, a man determined to revive his childhood neighborhood without considering the emotional cost. Both moving and funny, Radio Golf is the culmination of August Wilson's ten-play American Century Cycle chronicling each decade of African-American life in the twentieth century.
