Al Green Returns to the Stage at Bass Concert Hall

The GRAMMY® Award winning and Kennedy Center Honors recipient Al Green returns to the stage to perform some of his most iconic hits and fan favorites at his first concerts in more than seven years.  Green's powerful and passionate performances of timeless classics such as “Let's Stay Together,” Sha-La-La (Make Me Happy) “I Can't Get Next To You,” Tired Of Being Alone” and “I'm Still In Love With You,” as well as his ability move entire crowds and have them singing along to gospel favorites such as “Nearer My God to Thee,” “Precious Lord,” “I'll Rise Again” and his rendition of “Amazing Grace,” have made him one of the greatest performers of all-time.

Edward R. Matthews, CEO of ADAPT Community Network, announced its 2019 ADAPT Leadership Awards Gala to take place on Thursday, March 14th, at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City. The event will be hosted by Cara Buono, co‐star of the hit Netflix series Stranger Things, and Emmy‐ nominee for her role on Mad Men. The awards honor the accomplishments of extraordinary individuals and corporations who have made an impact on people with disabilities and have inspired others through their professional and charitable endeavors. The gala benefits the important ongoing programs and services of ADAPT Community Network. This year's honorees will be announced next month.

Monty Python's SPAMALOT Comes To Sioux Falls

The Broadway community mourns the loss of Carol Channing, a Tony Award winner and theatrical legend, who passed away on Tuesday, January 15 at age 97. To commemorate her life and work, the Committee of Theatre Owners will dim the lights of Broadway theatres in New York for one minute on Wednesday, January 16 at exactly 7:45pm.
