DAG talks about his quarantine outfit, staying home, being in a bubble with his family, losing weight on the Jenny Craig diet, cast-members on “In Living Color” playing pranks on him, playing Jamie Foxx’s father on their new Netflix show “Dad Stop Embarrassing Me,” meeting Jamie for the first time, and Jimmy’s parents coming to his shows and feeding him leftovers.

The criteria are that these shows have been nominated for Best Musical from the 3rd Tony Awards (the ceremony that started the Best Musical category) in 1949 to the nominations of what will now be the 74th Tony Awards in 2021. I will be determining their signs based upon their Broadway premiere date. With those rules in mind, here we go!

Siccardi has passed away at 89. Arthur P., II was one of the best-loved figures in the American theater, with a distinguished career as a production supervisor that spanned five decades working with the biggest stars, directors and producers on some of the best-known shows in Broadway history.

On this day in 1981, the original Broadway production of Dreamgirls opened on Broadway starring Jennifer Holliday, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Loretta DeVine, and more.

Further venues and dates have been announced for Dreamgirls' first ever UK tour. Following on from performances in 2020 in Bristol, Milton Keynes, Blackpool, Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Birmingham, Dreamgirls will continue to tour in 2021 to Sunderland, Hull, Nottingham, Liverpool, Norwich, Canterbury and Leeds.
