Casting has been announced for the World premiere production of Dave Harris’ new work, “Tambo & Bones,” coming to Los Angeles at the Center Theatre Group’s Kirk Douglas Theatre May 1 through May 29, 2022, opening May 8, 2022.

Conductor George Rothman will lead Riverside Symphony in a wide-ranging program at Alice Tully Hall on Thursday evening, April 28th, as the orchestra presents a celebratory conclusion to its belated 40th Anniversary Season.

Works & Process, the performing arts series at the Guggenheim, will present the world premiere of Third Bird, with a libretto and direction by Isaac Mizrahi, music by composer Nico Muhly (played by Ensemble Signal and conducted by Brad Lubman), choreography by John Heginbotham, and lighting by Brandon Stirling Baker.

American Stage has announced their 2022-2023 season, which will mark the not-for-profit theatre’s 45th anniversary. The upcoming year will be centered on the theme “This is America, This is American Stage.” In celebration of their 45th anniversary, single tickets for all Mainstage performances will be just $45.

 This coming August, CMA and ACM award-winning and Grammy-nominated hitmaker, David Frizzell will have the prestigious honor of being inducted into the Texas Country Music Hall of Fame. Frizzell received the exciting news from Carrie & Debbie Moore (Moore & Moore/ Third Coast Talent) along with country artist and fellow Texan and Hall of Famer Moe Bandy while performing on the 2022 Country Music Cruise. With this summer marking the 20th anniversary of holding the event, The 2022 Texas Country Music Hall of Fame celebrates outstanding contributors to the industry.

The award, named in honor of the late award-winning lyricist Fred Ebb, will be presented to the team of Isabella Dawis & Tidtaya Sinutoke by Heidi Blickenstaff and Julia Murney on Monday May 2nd from 6-8pm at a by-invitation-only ceremony at Bond 45. T

 The University of Washington's Meany Center for the Performing Arts today announces its 2022–23 Season, presenting 20 visionary artists and ensembles who are pushing artistic boundaries, blending genres and bringing more diverse creative representation to the stage. With the world opening back up to travel, this season also marks the resumption of international touring artists to each series of the season. 

BIRDLAND JAZZ CLUB will present vocalist and pianist Steve Ross – widely heralded as “The Crown Prince of New York Cabaret” – in a special show celebrating spring on Monday, April 18 at 7:00 PM.
