This November, opening the festive season at the London Coliseum, the English National Opera (ENO) presents the highly anticipated UK premiere of It's a Wonderful Life. Composed by Jake Heggie in 2016 with the libretto by Gene Scheer, this is an operatic adaptation of the 1946 Frank Capra Christmas classic film, sung in English.

A Sign of the Times, a new musical featuring the songs of Petula Clark and multiple hit-makers of the 1960s, is set to have a developmental reading October 24-28, 2022. TheatreWorks Silicon Valley kicks off its 2022/23 season with a riotous show for the holidays, Little Shop of Horrors, reset in San Francisco's Chinatown. In this offbeat hit musical, narrated through doo-wop ditties by a trio of neighborhood girls, meek florist Seymour finds himself catapulted into instant celebrity when he cultivates an otherworldly showstopper, a highly unusual plant.

Tickets for two Broadway musicals coming to the arts center this January 2023 are now on sale. The third show of the AdventHealth Broadway in Orlando 22/23 season, Wicked––the untold true story of the Witches of Oz––will perform 24 times in Walt Disney Theater from January 25–February 12, 2023. Dr. Phillips Center will also present a Youth Theater Production of Disney's Frozen Jr. from January 13–15, 2023 in Alexis & Jim Pugh Theater.

Starlight Theatre has announced its 2023 AdventHealth Broadway Series, which invites audiences to witness pivotal moments in time through seven iconic, straight-from-Broadway shows.

Delaware Theatre Company will present the world premiere production of the new musical, HERE YOU COME AGAIN written by Bruce Vilanch, Gabriel Barre and Tricia Paoluccio, with songs by Dolly Parton (and others). Vilanch jokes, 'In the late '80s, I worked on Dolly Parton's big network variety show, which jumped off a bridge like some of the people in her songs. I finally get to make it up to her.'

CHELSEA TABLE + STAGE will present The Golden Girls Live: On Stage! on Saturday, September 24 at 9:30 PM. The show was created almost twenty years ago by Peter Mac and John Mac as a loving drag tribute to everyone's favorite sitcom.
