From February 2 to 19, 2023 La MaMa will present the world premiere of Czechoslovak-American Marionette Theatre's puppet version of 'Audience' by Václav Havel, translated and directed by Vít Horejš.

Disney+ announced a season two greenlight for the Original series “The Santa Clauses,'' following its first season finale. Silicon Valley Shakespeare's inaugural production of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol, by the late Richard Orlando (Northside Theatre Company founder and Artistic Director), will take audience members back in time with Ebenezer Scrooge as he literally walks down memory lane.

The Off-Broadway comedy Two Jews, Talking, by Ed. Weinberger, directed by Dan Wackerman, starring Josh Mostel and Richard Masur will play its final performance at Theatre at St. Clement’s on Sunday, November 27 at 3pm.

Josh Mostel and Richard Masur who recently joined the cast of Ed. Weinberger’s critically acclaimed Off-Broadway comedy Two Jews, Talking, directed by Dan Wackerman at Theatre at St. Clement’s (423 West 46th Street – between 9th & 10th Avenues) will keep talking through 2022 with an expanded holiday performance schedule.

The tango, the cha cha, and the waltz, oh my! It's time to break out those dancing shoes with the return of Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati's family-friendly musical The Dancing Princesses, by local playwright Joseph McDonough with music and lyrics by David Kisor.

Pilgrim Festival Chorus (PFC), the region's principal community choral ensemble, presents its holiday season concert, “Joyeux Noël,” on Friday, December 2 at 7:30 pm, Saturday, December 3 at 7:30 pm, and Sunday, December 4 at 4 pm, at St. Bonaventure Parish, 803 State Road, Plymouth. The chorus is led by Artistic Directors William B. Richter and Elizabeth Chapman Reilly.

The Huntington has announced the casting and creative team for the highly anticipated revival of August Wilson’s Joe Turner’s Come and Gone, directed by Lili-Anne Brown. Wilson’s masterpiece serves as the inaugural production of the newly renovated Huntington Theatre and runs from October 14 – November 13, 2022.

The Flea Theater will present its 2nd Annual House Party entitled Blooming: A Flea Shindiggity, a coming out celebration, presenting to the world a new found vision for the future of experimental art created by Black, Brown and queer artists.

Fresh from the West End production of Moulin Rouge The Musical, West End leading lady and singing sensation Zoe Birkett will play Spirit Of The Ring alongside EastEnders’ Beppe Di Marco, Michael Greco as Abanazar. International City Theatre will present Lend Me A Tenor, the Tony-nominated screwball comedy by Ken Ludwig that’s guaranteed to leave audiences rolling in the aisles with laughter. The production runs October 21 through November 6.

This Halloween season, award-winning film and television icon Teri Hatcher (“Desperate Housewives,” “Lois and Clark,” National Tour of Cabaret) will star as “Morticia Addams” in 5-Star Theatricals' regional premiere of The Addams Family.

Pulitzer Prize-nominated playwright Rebecca Gilman will mark her 10th production at Goodman Theatre, her longtime creative home, with Swing State—directed by Tony Award-winner Robert Falls in their 6th collaboration over 35 years. Swing State appears October 7 – November 13 in the 350-seat flexible Owen Theatre.

Steppenwolf Theatre Company will welcome Chicago actor Jos N. Banks (He/They) to the cast of its hit play CHOIR BOY, written by Oscar-winning ensemble member Tarell Alvin McCraney (Moonlight).
