This collection - co-produced almost entirely by Polachek and Danny L. Harle - experiments with melodies & sounds less familiar in the pop mainstream, from the Scottish bagpipes in “Blood And Butter” to flamenco rhythms in “Sunset.” An ethereal experience, this album is filled with lush vocal adornments, lyrics bursting with odes to love.

Caroline Polachek continues to tease the arrival of her impending avant-pop masterpiece with two new remixes for her latest single “Welcome To My Island”, including a collaboration from music royalty Charli XCX and the 1975’s George Daniel and a second from the genre-bending, UK dance trio PVA.

Today, The Cleveland Orchestra announced that after an extensive and rigorous audition and search process, Music Director Franz Welser-Möst and The Cleveland Orchestra have appointed violinist David Radzynski as concertmaster. He will hold the Blossom-Lee Concertmaster Chair, which was endowed by Mrs. John A. Lee in 1975 in honor of her parents Mr. and Mrs. Dudley Blossom, Sr. Mr. Radzynski’s start date is in the process of being determined.

Before its 2004 debut on Broadway, MONTY PYTHON’S SPAMALOT, Eric Idle’s musical take on the cult classic Monty Python and the Holy Grail, raised a few eyebrows. Python purists wondered if a musical could capture the lunacy of the 1975 film. Broadway aficionados wondered if there would be a place for Monty Python’s brand of humor on the Great White Way.

Monty Python's Spamalot by Eric Idle is a musical comedy adapted from the 1975 film Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Like the motion picture, it is a highly irreverent parody of the Arthurian legend, but it differs from the film in many ways. The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that actors Ali MacGraw and Ryan O'Neal will be honored with the 2,692nd and 2,693rd stars in the first virtual double-star ceremony in history.
