David Hare's award-winning play roars to life in a provocative new site-specific staging performed in The Vaults, London's alternative subterranean venue beneath Waterloo Station, running from Friday 13 September - Sunday 17 November, with a press night on Thursday 19 September. Casting has been announced for the first major revival of The Permanent Way, which first had an award-winning run in York and then at the National Theatre in 2003

The series that tells Hollywood's most compelling stories and provides a voice to the moments and people reshaping popular culture is back. A new season of “E! True Hollywood Story” features self-contained documentaries that explore a topic, headline, or person that became the ground zero for a revolution, change or shift in culture, told by the people who were on the frontlines of the story. Episodes will premiere Sundays at 10PM ET/PT starting October 6.

The IBC2019 International Honour for Excellence will go to Andy Serkis, the director, producer and actor who is today best known for his performance capture roles. Dreamer/Seeker, written by Devan Andrews and directed by Rocky Nunzio, is one of this year's several Capital Fringe offerings that use one of Shakespeare's plays as inspiration. Shudder, AMC Networks' premium streaming service for horror, thriller and the supernatural, today announced additional casting for its upcoming Creepshow anthology series, executive produced by Greg Nicotero (The Walking Dead). Joining the cast are Grammy winners Kid Cudi (Scott Mescudi) and Big Boi (Antwan Patton), along with Jeffrey Combs (Star Trek, Re-Animator), Bruce Davison (Longtime Companion, X-Men) and DJ Qualls (The Man in the High Castle, Supernatural). Shudder also revealed an additional Creepshow story, 'The Finger,' written by award-winning horror novelist David J. Schow (The Crow) and directed by series showrunner Greg Nicotero.

Australian rock legend Jimmy Barnes has announced that due to extraordinary public demand, the current Melbourne show at Margaret Court Arena, with special guests Jet, will be moved across the road to the Rod Laver Arena on the same night – Saturday 12 October 2019.

 KCRW announces today that Jason Bentley will complete his ten-year term as KCRW's Music Director and host of Morning Becomes Eclectic. Bentley's last show as host of Morning Becomes Eclectic will be August 30, 2019. KCRW will be conducting a nationwide search to find Bentley's replacement. Bentley will continue to host his popular Saturday-night global electronic mix show, Metropolis.

Viewers are getting into the Christmas spirit this July with Hallmark Channel's 'Keepsake Christmas' (Friday, July 12 - Saturday, July 27) and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries' 'Gold Crown Christmas' (Friday, June 28 - Sunday, July 14). Along with two all-new Christmas movies premiering in the month of July on both networks, Christmas movies featuring fan-favorite stars including Candace Cameron Bure, Lacey Chabert, Jill Wagner and Christina Milian will air throughout the programming events and are sure to put audiences in the holiday spirit.

When David Taylor Gomes and Kyle Holmes set out to write an original musical for their students at Granite Bay High School, they never could have foreseen the impact their work would have on high schools across the nation. Students are reacting to having their voices heard, and the effect is monumental. People are clamoring to see and produce Ranked: A New Musical, which deals with the pressures that teenagers face today in maintaining grades, social status, and their fight to get into the college of their choice. Due to the popularity of Ranked, they decided to bring the original cast together for one more night to perform the show in concert style at The Crest Theatre. Broadway World Sacramento spoke to Holmes and Gomes about the making of Ranked and what we can expect in the future.

Shudder, AMC Networks' premium streaming service for horror, thriller and the supernatural, today announced initial casting for its upcoming horror anthology series, Creepshow, based on the iconic 1982 film written by Stephen King and directed by George A. Romero. Adrienne Barbeau (The Fog), Giancarlo Esposito (Better Call Saul), and Tobin Bell (Saw) will star in the Stephen King story 'Gray Matter,' adapted by Byron Willinger and Philip de Blasi (The Commuter) and directed by series showrunner Greg Nicotero (The Walking Dead).
