Heather Headley played her last performance as Shug Avery in The Color Purple today, and the entire cast gathered together at curtain call to send her off with the most fitting tribute: a group performance of the Gospel song 'I Won't Complain.'

'My learning never stops,' THE COLOR PURPLE's Cynthia Ervio tells her Facebook followers. So even with all the awards and accolades, the West End and Broadway star takes her voice lessons every Friday.

Starring on Broadway as the determined survivor Celie in the hit revival of THE COLOR PURPLE eight times a week just isn't enough of a workout for Tony-winner Cynthia Erivo.

This will mark Holliday's first Broadway show since 2001, when she played Matron Mama Morton in CHICAGO. To celebrate the big news, take your afternoon coffee break with the Broadway legend and some of her most memorable performances!
