The Oshman Family JCC presents internationally renowned personality Alan Cumming in his hugely acclaimed cabaret show that was declared an emotional firestorm by "The New York Times." The beloved actor, singer, writer, producer, and activist will be joined onstage by Emmy Award-winning musical director Lance Horne and cellist Eleanor Norton for this delightful appearance, featuring vivid stories of his most emotionally harrowing moments accompanied by sentimental tunes sung with Broadway-worthy bravado. From Billy Joel to Annie Lennox, and even an extraordinary mash-up of Adele, Lady Gaga, and Katy Perry in Someone Like the Edge of Firework, this no-holds-barred evening of intimacy at Club Cumming ("The Guardian") offers an unforgettable event. Beyond eclectic, Cumming is adored worldwide for his many iconic roles in movies, television, and theater. He recently reprised his legendary role as the Emcee in Cabaret, for which he won a Tony Award and every other available award upon his sensational Broadway debut in 1998. Cumming is also a "New York Times" best-selling author, an award-winning recording artist, and a versatile actor who has appeared in blockbuster films such as X2: X-Men United, Spy Kids, GoldenEye, and Romy and Michele's High School Reunion.
