Alec Baldwin returned to SNL last night with his now-iconic Trump impression for the episode's cold open, which featured a recap of Trump's first week as President-elect of the United States. Playing off of news that Trump was unaware of basic requirements for the Presidency, such as the need to hire a full staff for the West Wing of the White House, the sketch is a revolving door of Kellyanne Conway (Kate McKinnon) bringing in various high-profile leaders to meet with the President-elect, who each reveal something that overwhelms Trump.

Last night's cold open on SNL started out frosty as ever, with Alec Baldwin and Kate Mckinnon reprising their roles as Donald Trump and Secretary Hillary Clinton, respectively. The pair were joined by Cecily Strong as Erin Burnett, host of CNN's OutFront. After the latest rumble of an e-mail scandal caused by James Comey this previous week, the sketch was built primarily around Burnett repeatedly returning to the discussion of Clinton's e-mails, even in the face of Baldwin's Trump literally kissing a member of the KKK, Putin, and other controversial figures who have endorsed and supported Trump's campaign.
