The Ensemble Company, the theatre company in residence at Penguin Point Productions located in the Oviedo Mall, continues its 2022 season—their fourth--with Edward Albee’s acclaimed masterwork, Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, opening September 9th.
Billy Porter enlists the help of a family historian and genealogist to learn the truth behind the murder of his great-grandfather. Billy’s research takes him through conflicting accounts of what happened, before he discovers a local African-American newspaper that reveals the shocking truth of his grandfather’s death and the uproar that followed.

The Los Angeles LGBT Center's Lily Tomlin/Jane Wagner Cultural Arts Center has announced the return of the legendary Miss Coco Peru in her new solo show, Bitter, Bothered & Beyond. There will be three performances only at the Renberg Theatre on Friday and Saturday, April 29 and 30, at 8pm, and Sunday, May 1, at 7pm.
BIRDLAND will present drag legend Coco Peru in the new show “Bitter Bothered & Beyond!” for two special performances. The first show at Birdland Jazz Club on Monday, March 21 at 7:00 PM quickly sold out, so an encore performance has been added for Tuesday, March 22 at 8:30 PM downstairs at the Birdland Theater.
