The boys are back! Netflix announced today that Ryan Murphy's The Boys in the Band film will officially arrive on the streaming service on September 30.

On this day in 2018, Mart Crowley's groundbreaking 1968 play, The Boys in the Band returned to Broadway, directed by Joe Mantello and produced by Ryan Murphy and David Stone,

SHOWTIME has announced that the ten-episode second season of its acclaimed comedy series BLACK MONDAY will debut with back-to-back episodes each week beginning on Sunday, March 15th from 10 to 11 p.m. ET/PT. The series is executive produced by Emmy® nominee and Golden Globe Award winner Don Cheadle, who stars with two-time Tony Award nominee and Grammy® winner Andrew Rannells (Girls), Regina Hall (Little, Girls Trip) and Screen Actors Guild® Award winner Paul Scheer (Veep). The series is created by showrunners and executive producers David Caspe (Happy Endings) and Jordan Cahan (My Best Friend's Girl). Over the last decade, Ryan Murphy has become one of the most influential creators in entertainment. The screenwriter, director and producer has won six Emmy Awards out of 28 nominations and a Tony Award in 2019 for Best Revival of a Play, as a producer. He has also earned three Grammy Award nominations, as a producer.

The Boys in The Band took its final Broadway bow yesterday, August 11, 2018. The limited engagement began previews on April 30th at Broadway's Booth Theater (222 West 45th Street) and officially opened on May 31st.
