Producer Stephen Gabriel/Work Light Productions released today a music video in anticipation of the 50th Anniversary North American tour of Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber's iconic musical Jesus Christ Superstar.  The Olivier Award-winning production first premiered in 2016 at Regent's Park Open Air Theatre in London.  The North American tour launches in Austin, TX in the fall of 2019 and celebrates fifty epic years since the original rock opera concept album release that began this musical theatre phenomenon.

Regent's Park Open Air Theatre and the Barbican Theatre have today announced that, following its overwhelming sell-out success in 2016 and 2017 at the Open Air Theatre, Jesus Christ Superstar transfers to the Barbican Theatre for just 60 performances in 2019 (4 July - 24 August). Earlier this year the production played the Lyric Opera of Chicago, and it embarks on a North American Tour in the Autumn of 2019.

Paul Bentall, Sandy Grierson, Helena Lymbery, Sophia Di Martino, Siobhan McSweeney, Francesca Mills, Abraham Popoola, Paul G Raymond and Dorian Simpson have been cast in the world premiere of Pity, by Rory Mullarkey. It is directed by Royal Court Associate Director (International) Sam Pritchard and will feature members of Fulham Brass Band.

London's new smash hit musical The Grinning Man, now playing at the Trafalgar Studios, has today announced a new extended booking period until 14 April.

The critically acclaimed production of The Grinning Man, directed by Tony award-winning Tom Morris (War Horse) and based on the classic Victor Hugo (Les Mis rables) novel, The Man Who Laughs, has taken over Studio 1 at Trafalgar Studios from 6 December, following a hugely successful autumn 2016 premiere at Bristol Old Vic. Regent's Park Open Air Theatre have today announced details of their 2018 season, which includes Peter Pan, As You Like It, Dinosaur World Live, Little Shop of Horrors, and The Turn of the Screw, a co-production with English National Opera.
