Audiences will be able to create the perfect night on the town without ever leaving The Parker as they enjoy a season of extraordinary entertainment. Among the headliners coming to The Parker this season are: legendary musicians Lindsey Buckingham, Chris Botti, Keb' Mo', The Manhattan Transfer, Bruce Hornsby, a double bill of Los Lobos and Taj Mahal, and a triple bill of Janis Ian with Tom Chapin and Livingston Taylor; hilarious comics Bianca Del Rio, Paula Poundstone, Lewis Black and Patton Oswalt; tributes to music icons Aretha Franklin, Tina Turner, Journey and Led Zeppelin; Broadway stars Alan Cumming and Todrick Hall; and Seth Rudetsky's Broadway Concert Series featuring Stephanie J. Block, Santino Fontana and Laura Benanti.

Injoy Fountain will take the stage, along with Jaslyn Alexander and Koko Blanton, in a concert at Roxy's Downtown this Saturday night, June 26, 2021, at 7pm. Injoy will be singing classic tunes by Aretha Franklin, Chaka Khan, Tina Turner, Whitney Houston, Gladys Knight, and Miley Cyrus, among others. Fountain's band includes Rich Bruhn on keyboards, Dale Black on bass, Jerome Porter on sax, and Corey Rolfe on drums.

De cast van TINA – De Tina Turner musical wordt uitgebreid. De komende maanden zijn Gino Emnes (Ike Turner) en Kristel Constant (Rhonda Graam) te zien in de musical over het leven van Tina Turner. Beiden zijn eerder al te zien geweest in de Duitse versie van TINA in Hamburg.
Het ensemble wordt aangevuld met: Rick McDonald (Phil Spector), Aïcha Gill (cover Zelma/cover GG), Marlon David Henry (Richard Bullock/ cover Ike), Melissa Kanza (swing), Desi van Kessel (swing/cover Zelma/cover GG), Velorisa Yorks (swing) en Andrew Anthonia (swing). Allen zijn reeds begonnen met repeteren en kunnen niet wachten om binnenkort het levensverhaal van Tina Turner voor het publiek te mogen spelen.

Kevin Clifton To Return As Stacee Jaxx In ROCK OF AGES UK Tour

Kevin Clifton thrilled audiences as Stacee Jaxx on the 2018/2019 'Rock of Ages' UK tour and he is reprising the role in 2021. Kevin is best known known for being a professional dancer on BBC1's 'Strictly Come Dancing'. In seven years on the show Kevin reached the final, a record five times, winning four glitter balls including the main show Glitterball trophy in 2018 with Stacey Dooley before leaving in 2019. Since then, Kevin has gone on to appear in many other theatre productions including, 'The Wedding Singer' and 'Singin' in the Rain'.
