Menier Chocolate Factory Announces Spring Season For 2020

With the critically acclaimed production of The Boy Friend currently running at the theatre, the Menier Chocolate Factory today announce the forthcoming two productions a?" the European première of Paula Vogel's Tony Award-winning play Indecent, directed by Rebecca Taichman; and Alan Bennett's Habeas Corpus directed by Patrick Marber, who returns to the Menier following his smash-hit production of Tom Stoppard's Travesties.

TWAT The Night Comes to Brooklyn Comedy Collective

Beloved TWAT the Night : An All Female & Female-Identifying Improv Jam comes to the Brooklyn Comedy Collective on January 24th, 2020 at 9:00 PM after a brief hiatus from its inception at the Annoyance Theatre New York. 40+ Black Dance Companies Come To Philadelphia's Merriam Theater

The International Association of Blacks in Dance (IABD) has partnered with Philadanco!, The Philadelphia Dance Company to bring the 32nd Annual International Conference and Festival of Blacks in Dance to Philadelphia, PA in January 2020. During this conference, emerging, established, and legendary Black Dance companies from all over America will convene in the City of Brotherly Love for Then Now Next a one of a kind festival where dance lovers can experience over forty diverse companies and styles from January 15-18, 2020. The Open Book Theatre Presents THE LAST CHRISTMAS OF EBENEZER SCROOGE

THE WATSONS Will Transfer To The West End

Following sold-out runs at both Chichester Festival Theatre and the Menier Chocolate Factory, Laura Wade's The Watsons transfers to the West End in 2020. The production opens at the Harold Pinter Theatre on 19 May, with previews from 8 May, and runs until 26 September. Public booking opens on 15 November, priority booking is open now.

Historic six-time Tony Award Winner Audra McDonald has thrilled audiences in starring roles on Broadway in The Gershwin's Porgy and Bess, Carousel and Lady Day at Emerson's Bar and Grill, on television in The Good Wife and NBC's live telecast of The Sound of Music. She will be joined by special guest, husband and fellow-Broadway star Will Swenson.
