North Carolina Theatre has announced that the leading role of “Billie Holiday” in Lady Day at Emerson's Bar and Grill will be performed by Angela Robinson in the upcoming production directed by Jarvis Antonio Green.

North Carolina Theatre announced today that the leading role of “Billie Holiday” in their upcoming production of Lady Day at Emerson’s Bar and Grill will be performed by Angela Robinson, directed by Jarvis Antonio Green.  

The Theatre will begin its 31st season on October 15th with its previously postponed production of Middletown followed by a delightful holiday production and a fabulous 3 play subscription series starting in January!

The Public Theatre will officially welcome people back to the theatre on Sept 24 and 25 at 7:00pm for the 24th Annual MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival. Proof of vaccination or a negative Covid Test and the wearing of a mask while in the building will be required to attend.
