The Jamie Lloyd Company, the successful partnership between Artistic Director Jamie Lloyd and Ambassador Theatre Group, have announced that due to public demand their production of Harold Pinter's Betrayal at the Harold Pinter Theatre will be extended by one week. When Betrayal first premiered in 1978 it was received rather coldly by critics and audiences alike, who were perhaps expecting Pinter to deal with more significant themes instead of focusing on his own adulterous escapades.
