Off-Broadway's hilariously irreverent new musical comedy; A Musical About Star Wars a?" or, Why Star Wars is the Greatest Thing in the History of the Galaxy, Much, Much Better than Star Trek, is excited to announce that Justin Sargent will be taking over the role of a?oeTaylora?? beginning Nov 15th.

TheatreWorks Silicon Valley rings in the holidays with the new musical Pride and Prejudice, the 2019 Tony-winning company's 70th World Premiere. Based on Jane Austen's iconic novel, this engaging work features book, music, and lyrics by Paul Gordon, whose musicals include TheatreWorks favorites Jane Austen's EMMA, Daddy Long Legs, and the Tony-nominated Broadway musical Jane Eyre. Pride and Prejudice follows delightfully liberated Lizzie Bennet and dashing, disdainful Mr. Darcy as they discover the irresistible power of love. A favorite from TheatreWorks's 2018 New Works Festival, this brand new musical romantic comedy will be directed by TheatreWorks's Founding Artistic Director Robert Kelley.

Over the past few weeks, an enormous variety of musical and comic talent have stormed the Birdland stage during Jim Caruso's iconic Cast Party. Accompanied by musical director Billy Stritch, with Steve Doyle on bass and Daniel Glass on drums, the performers have run the gamut from up-and-coming hopefuls to Broadway stars.

Everybody Rise: A Resistance Cabaret returns to the Birdland Theater September 20, 21 and 24 (Friday-Saturday at 9:45PM and Tuesday at 7:00PM).

Broadway in Bryant Park is back! 106.7 LITE FM's popular series will bring the best of Broadway and Off-Broadway together for FREE performances, for six consecutive weeks, continuing through next Thursday, August 15. New Yorkers and visitors to the Big Apple are invited to come at 11 a.m. every Thursday, beginning July 11 through August 15, with performances running from 12:30 p.m. EST - 1:30 p.m. EST on the Bryant Park Stage.

Off-Broadway's hilariously irreverent new musical comedy; A Musical About Star Wars - or, Why Star Wars is the Greatest Thing in the History of the Galaxy, Much, Much Better than Star Trek, is moving to a larger venue! The show played its final performance at Theatre Row on Sat, June 29th and opens at St. Luke's Theatre tonight, Saturday, July 13th.

FEINSTEIN'S54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Billy Recce's Snowflake Jamboree, the hit concert series featuring new music by Billy Recce.

The 5th longest running musical in Off-Broadway history, NEWSical The Musical, the 2011 winner of the Off-Broadway Alliance Award for Best Musical,  will be ending its historic run on June 17th.

The Broadway at Birdland concert series presented another concert reading of "Everybody Rise: A Resistance Cabaret," written by Emmy-winner Joe Keenan. A bevy of theatrical luminaries starred, including Bebe Neuwirth, John Bolton, Liz Callaway, Kristine Mengelkoch, Michael Kostroff, Taylor Crousore, and Christine Pedi.
