More casting has been announced for the upcoming Broadway production of Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club! Two-time Tony Award® winner and Emmy Award® winner Bebe Neuwirth will play ‘Fraulein Schneider’ and Obie Award winner and Drama Desk Award® nominee Steven Skybell will play ‘Herr Schultz'.

National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene has revealed the complete cast for Amid Falling Walls (Tsvishn Falndike Vent).

National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene will continue its 109th anniversary season with the world premiere of Amid Falling Walls (Tvishn Falndike Vent), a new musical which celebrates the resilience and hope of those who endured during the Holocaust, portrayed through the power of Yiddish song. There was a lot of history crossing that stage, with performers reprising numbers they’d sung on the Great White Way as far back as the 1970s. Giving the proceedings a uniquely touching quality was the sweet meeting of the generations, with these still very vital veterans being welcomed by — and conversing with — a respectful master of ceremonies who’s still in his teens, but is immersed in musical theatre lore.

Next week, 54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club and 2022 Tony Awards Honoree for Excellence in the Theatre, presents some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz, and beyond. 54 Below celebrates Broadway musicals and writers of the past and present, promoting an ongoing engagement with their work.

54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, will present the return by popular demand of “Backstage Babble Live!,” which BroadwayWorld called “one of the starriest, most entertaining, and most magical nights of the theater season.” Based on the podcast hosted by 15-year-old expert Charles Kirsch, the concert will feature performances and stories from some of his guests.

The Huntington held its annual Spotlight Gala on Monday, May 1, 2023 at the Cyclorama at the BCA (539 Tremont St). Over 400 attendees gathered to celebrate honorees as well as the achievement of this transformational season. The Gala supports The Huntington's artistic, education, and community initiatives and this year set an all-time record with $1.67 million raised.

The Huntington has announced the cast and creative team of The Lehman Trilogy, the 2022 Tony Award-winning Best Play by Stefano Massini, adapted to English by Ben Power, and directed by longtime ACT Artistic Director Carey Perloff.

Gingold Theatrical Group  announced that the company will present Shakespeare Sonnet Soirée, a virtual event that will stream live on Sunday April 23, 2023, at 6pm ET, in honor of Shakespeare's 459th birthday.
