The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center has announced performances slated for the 2020-21 Season. Due to the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Center will continue to deliver on its mission virtually through the end of 2020 and is focusing on opening its doors in early 2021 for an exciting lineup of performances.

FilmRise, an industry leading film and television studio and streaming network, is releasing the fun-filled, heartwarming children’s musical adventure, “Lilly’s Light: The Movie.”

The GRAMMY Museum® announced today it will release two Songwriters Hall of Fame programs from its archive while the Museum in Los Angeles is closed until further notice in light of COVID-19

To protect the health and safety of our staff and the community, The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center is closed starting Wednesday, March 25, until we can evaluate a safe time to re-open given the ever-changing situation. Eisemann Center Presents Asleep at the Wheel 50th Anniversary Tour at the Eisemann Center, 2351 Performance Drive in Richardson, Texas on Friday, July 24, 2020 at 7:30 pm (rescheduled from Saturday, March 28) in the Hill Performance Hall.

Keyboard Conversations, featuring concert pianist Jeffrey Siegel, concludes the 2019-2020 Season sponsored by Dr. John F. Dixon with Fasciatin' Rhythms! in the Bank of America Theatre at the Eisemann Center, 2351 Performance Drive in Richardson, Texas on Monday, June 15, 2020 at 7:30 pm (rescheduled from the original April 20 date).

On the third Saturday of every month three singer/producers take turns a?oethrowing a cabaret partya?? on-stage at the Gardenia along with three guest performers a?" two from the theatre and cabaret world, and one from the singer-songwriter world (often with musical theatre roots, influences or aspirations). They also rotate the finest pianist/accompanists in LA because, hey, they're classy galsa??

Theatre Under The Stars has announced that Tony Award winner Levi Kreis will star as 'Dusty' in the new musical Pure Country. Under the development of TUTS, the musical is being adapted for the stage from the beloved 1992 film starring George Strait.

MaryJo Mundy, the highly acclaimed and beloved cabaret singer and founder of the longest running open mic at the famed Gardenia, hosts the 4th night of what celebrates and fosters musical theatre/cabaret performers, while also showcasing her own remarkable talent. On the third Saturday of every month Ms. Mundy (co-hosted monthly by Alexis Gach and singer/songwriter/producer Hillary Rollins ) throws a 'cabaret party' on-stage at the Gardenia along with three guest performers.

This April, Montalvo Arts Center presents a lineup of versatile sounds, magic performances, and more in its Carriage House Concert Series.

Planet Connections' starts out 2020 with announcing it's stellar design team for DARK PLANET: Not Your Mother's Valentine's Day,' short plays unapologetically looking at life through a clever - albeit caustic - lens. Country crooner Paul Bogart brings us back to the way it used to be in his black and white video for “When The Cowboys Are Gone.” The American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) premiered the video at their World Championships in Oklahoma, where Bogart competed and finished second in team roping. He has won the World Championship title twice. The video has a vintage feel, switching between shots of Bogart performing the song and vignettes of classic cowboy scenes.

WaterTower Theatre is announcing IGNITE!, an exclusive evening with Grammy and Emmy nominee Steve Dorff, on Friday, August 23, 2019. This one-night-only special event includes a performance by Dorff.

Art enthusiasts gathered last night (May 22) at Montalvo Arts Center for an exclusive members-only unveiling of its 2019-2020 Carriage House Theatre Concert Series line-up. The historic Silicon Valley venue announced a thrilling roster of performers from Meow Meow to The Second City, from Pablo Cruise to Loudon Wainwright III, tributes to The Beatles, Cream, and Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, and an appearance by NPR's hit radio show and podcast "Selected Shorts." The season launches in October, offering a stellar line-up of theatre, comedy, magic, Grammy Award nominees/winners performing jazz, bluegrass, pop, rock, classical, new age, folk, Hawaiian music, and more. The Eisemann Center and the City of Richardson announced the 2019-2020 Season of Eisemann Center Presents (ECP) at the Annual Season Preview Party on Thursday, May 9, 2019. The season includes our two full subscription series: Jeffrey Siegel's Keyboard Conversations with a total of four concerts; and the Family Theatre Series with four productions and the accompanying immersive children's program Eisemann Extras. In addition we have 16 diverse productions ranging from superstar Mandy Patinkin to Asleep At The Wheel on their 50th Anniversary Tour and America's Got Talent favorite, deaf singer Mandy Harvey all returning to the Eisemann Center this season.

Songwriters Hall of Fame member Steve Dorff will be appearing at The Triad Theatre in New York City on June 11, performing many of his best-loved hits and sharing the fascinating stories behind them. Dorff's career spans five decades with over 400 songs and numerous No. 1 hits recorded by legendary artists such as Barbra Streisand ('Higher Ground'), Celine Dion ('Miracle'), Anne Murray ('I Just Fall in Love Again'), Kenny Rogers ('Through the Years'), George Strait ('I Cross My Heart'), Eddie Rabbitt ('Every Which Way But Loose'), and countless others. 

The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center has unveiled the 2019-20 Season including an engaging and enriching Boldt Arts Alive! Series, an intimate Spotlight Series and a Kimberly-Clark Broadway Across America - Fox Cities Series that includes two Wisconsin premieres including Hamilton, the highly-anticipated pop culture phenomenon Dear Evan Hansen, and the current Tony Award-winning Best Musical The Band's Visit , for a total of five brand-new shows and two returning favorites.

Martin Bandier, Chairman and CEO of Sony/ATV Music Publishing, will be awarded the Visionary Leadership Award at the 50th Annual Songwriters Hall of Fame Induction and Awards Dinner slated for Thursday, June 13th at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.
