The seven musicians comprising the band led the audience on an explosive journey through pulsating sound, visual effects, and recreation of the era of psychedelic rock.

The annual Hermitage Greenfield Prize Dinner on Sunday, April 14th honored playwright and theater maker Deepa Purohit. This was the central event of a three-day celebration, hosted by the Hermitage Artist Retreat (Andy Sandberg, Artistic Director and CEO) in partnership with the Greenfield Foundation. Houston’s home for musical theatre, Theatre Under The Stars (TUTS), has announced the cast of its brand-new original staging of Jonathan Larson’s iconic Bohemian musical, RENT!

Anchorage Concert Association, the state's largest arts and entertainment presenter, is has announced its full lineup of shows for the 2022/2023 season.

The play is loosely inspired by a true story, although the characters and situations are purely fictional. Playwright Deborah Brevoort uses the structure of Greek tragedy to tell this story of grieving and healing, powerlessness and control, joy and darkness. 

The Hermitage Artist Retreat announced that Sondra Biller, Stephanie Jones, Liz Richardson, and Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright and Hermitage alumnus Doug Wright have been elected to the Hermitage Board of Trustees.
