Primed to chase away the winter doldrums, Ohio Contemporary Ballet (OCB) returns to the University of Akron’s E. J. Thomas Hall on Saturday, February 28, 2026, with Ballet Unbound*. The mixed repertory program will showcase four diverse dance works, including two premieres.  

Artistic Director & Chief Executive, Daniel Brine, has announced the full programme for the 2026 Norfolk & Norwich Festival. One of the oldest arts festivals in England, having been established in 1772, Norfolk & Norwich Festival presents world-class international performances alongside emerging talent and homegrown East Anglian artists in an expansive multi-arts programme featuring theatre, dance, music, film, literature and visual arts. 

Italian pianist and composer Olivia Belli has released her first piano concerto, DAIMON, on Sony Classical. Inspired by Homer’s Odyssey, the album explores themes of journey, identity and return, drawing on both Greek mythology and Belli’s personal story.

The San Francisco Symphony has unveiled its March programming lineup, which features three Orchestral Series programs, a concert with Itzhak Perlman and the SF Symphony, Aleksey Igudesman’s The Music Critic featuring actor John Malkovich, and more.

Cellist Kevin Crudder will present Divine Invitations: The Preludes of the Bach Cello Suites as part of the Arts Speak Performance Lecture series. The program will be held at the Performing Arts Center in Brewster, Massachusetts.

American Contemporary Ballet will present Balanchine: Twin Masterpieces in Los Angeles, pairing Concerto Barocco and La Source in a single program. The production marks the first time the works have been performed together in the city and the first full-length staging of La Source in Los Angeles in 40 years.

American Classical Orchestra will present an all–Johann Sebastian Bach concert conducted by Thomas Crawford at the Church of St. Vincent Ferrer. The concert takes place in February in New York City.

The Philadelphia Orchestra and Music and Artistic Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin have unveiled the 2026–27 season—Nézet-Séguin’s 15th as music and artistic director—full of epic musical events, bold artistic experiences, and new musical journeys.

Music Worcester will present pianist Nelson Goerner in recital at Curtis Performance Hall on the campus of Assumption University. The program will feature works by Liszt and Albéniz and is part of the organization’s 2025–2026 concert season.
