The cast has been announced for The Potluck at Soho Rep. Soho Rep and INTAR will present The Potluck by César Alvarez, directed by Sarah Benson, this summer.

Diego Figueiredo will perform with Nestor Torres, Shelly Berg, and Sammy Figueroa at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. Presented by Gold Coast Jazz, the concert will feature an evening of jazz duets and collaborative improvisation.

Birdland Jazz Club and Birdland Theater will operate this August with a full slate of nightly performances.

Experience the mesmerizing Latin jazz rhythms of Sammy Figueroa's latest album, 'Searching For A Memory.' Joined by GRAMMY-winning pianist Gonzalo Rubalcaba and Cuban vocalist Aymée Nuviola, Figueroa pays tribute to his father's legacy while showcasing his own musical talents.

Birdland Jazz Club has released jazz programming at Birdland Jazz Club and Birdland Theater running November 21 through December 4. Artists appearing at Birdland Jazz Club include the Ken Peplowski Quartet, City Rhythm Orchestra, Paloma, Kurt Elling and Danilo Perez, Paloma and Frank Perowsky Orchestra.

THE DJANGO will bring another month of stellar jazz by some of the field’s heroes alongside young, emerging artists.

The Birdland Theatre and Jazz Club has an abundance of performances happening from January 31st through February 13th. Artists appearing at Birdland Jazz Club include John Pizzarelli Swing Seven, SUNY Purchase Latin Jazz Orchestra, Greg Abate Quartet, John Pizzarelli Trio and Svetlana's Big Band.

The Museum of Contemporary Art, North Miami (MOCA) is currently exhibiting “My Name is Maryan” – a monographic presentation of four decades of paintings, sculptures, drawings and film by the iconoclastic, ground-breaking Polish-born artist Maryan.

As one of the music's leading percussionists he has played on countless records and is well-known for his versatility in a multitude of musical styles. Tickets are now on sale for his performance at Omaha Performing Arts July 8th, 2021, at 7:30 PM.

A coalition of the nation's top arts presenters have joined forces to create a 6 hour “People's Benefit Concert” to spur Get Out The Vote action in all fifty states.  On Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 18, The 50-50 ALL SOULS TO THE POLLS concert will be presented on multiple virtual online platforms.

The music continues at Princeton's Pettoranello Gardens Amphitheater (Route 206 and Mountain Ave.) with a double bill starring Venezuelan music icons Betsayda Machado y La Parranda El Clavo and Latin jazz superstar Sammy Figueroa and His Latin Jazz Explosion on Saturday, July 22 at 7PM.

Blue Curtain, in co-operation with the Princeton Recreation Department, kicks off its free concerts on Saturday, July 15 at 7 p.m. with the New Orleans sounds of Sasha Masakowski and The Sidewalk Strutters; and Mystic Bowie, the internationally revered reggae star and former lead singer of the Talking Heads offshoot band Tom Tom Club.

Palm Beach County performers brought an audience of more than 650 U.S. travel professionals to its feet on Tuesday night, as the Cultural Council of Palm Beach County presented a spectacle promoting arts and culture in The Palm Beaches to attendees of the 2016 U.S. Travel Association ESTO seminar. The performance, which had the crowd and musicians wearing shades and dancing, included a mash-up of big band sounds, cabaret, dance and Latin percussion by local artists who appear around the world.
