Ben Markley Big Band will release 'Clockwise: The Music of Cedar Walton,' featuring Terell Stafford, on February 17.

High-energy, Rowdy, Raucous, Longhair Mississippi Glam Rock. That's the sound of Easy, The Week's long-awaited followup to their breakthrough album, Dear Bo Jackson.

Rising Nashville-via-Mississippi band The Weeks will tour the U.S. this spring to celebrate the release of their much-anticipated new album, Easy. Dates kick off April 4 at New York's Bowery Ballroom with further shows in Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Nashville, Austin, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and more.

Easy, the highly anticipated new album from rising Nashville-via-Mississippi band The Weeks, is set for release April 7 on Lightning Rod Records.

More than 410 Elly nominees for the 2015-16 season were announced at an informal nomination reception on Sunday, August 7, 2016 beginning at 7pm. If you can't get to the Big Easy for Mardi Gras, let it come to you. Big Sam's Funky Nation will preside over a pre-Mardi Gras dance party on Friday, Feb. 28, 2014, in Jorgensen's award-winning Cabaret in Storrs. Doors will open at 7 p.m. for food and cash bar, and the funk will start at 8 p.m.
