Review: TASTING NOTES, Southwark Playhouse

Just like some meetings should have been emails, some musicals should have been plays. It wouldn’t save Charlie Ryall and Richard Baker’s new production right away, but it would be a start. The concept and structure of Tasting Notes is compelling and original, but the final result is a bit of a slog with an unmemorable score and a surplus of both narrative and aural material.

Casting Announced For All-Male H.M.S. PINAFORE at Wilton's Music Hall

Regan De Wynter Williams Productions has announced Sasha Regan's All-Male H.M.S. Pinafore crew. Gilbert & Sullivan's much-loved operetta will run at Wilton's Music Hall from 16th March - 9th April before sailing to the Theatre Royal Winchester from 21st April - 27th April.

MYTHOSPHERE Will Open at Stone Nest in September 2021

This highly innovative multi-media production will open at Stone Nest, Shaftesbury Avenue to previews on Monday 20 September with press night on Wednesday 22 September and will run until Saturday 9 October 2021.

Lady Chatterley’s Lover will be brought to life by a cast of experienced talent with new up-and  coming star Georgia Lennon (One Enchanted Evening, Glastonbury Abbey; Beauty and the   Beast, Grand Opera House, Belfast) playing the role of Lady Chatterley. Lennon’s voice is not to be missed and this is the chance to catch her in the West End for a strictly limited run before she  goes onto be a regular West End leading lady! 

Introducing the Cast of Sasha Regan's THE PIRATES OF PENZANCE

Introducing Sasha Regan's ALL-MALE THE PIRATES OF PENZANCE cast. They have boarded the pirate ship and are on route to the Palace Theatre for 2 nights, on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th December. The ship is carrying a star crew of burly pirates and an abundance of lasses in petticoats and plenty of rum! What's not to love!
